You can change the colors of the design you like or any other design with pictures and elements that remind you of something you like to remmber.

The price for personal design will be determined according to the required design.

Items that are customized according to the order of the customer cannot be returned such as ketubah with personal details and pictures that the customer has ordered.

Non-customized items: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to receive a refund within 10 days. If you need to return an item, please contact us first to make arrangements. The return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility, as well as any damage or loss that may occur during the transition. Any item sent for return should be insured. Once the item is received in its original state, we will refund the full amount paid for the order, minus outgoing shipping charges. Refunds without prior approval with Customer Service will not be issued. Please be sure to contact us for authorization by filling out the return form before returning any item.

Customized Ketubahs according to the customer's customization form. The Company shall not be responsible for any errors resulting from errors or omissions in the customization form provided by Customer. Proof of the text received by the client is actually what will be written about. Once the customer approves the text and it is sent, there will be no refunds offered. Please check the proof very carefully before confirming.

We are not responsible for damage caused to the product after delivery, including, but not limited to, paper damage due to environmental conditions, damages by calligraphers or other persons filling the ketubah or the frames.

We reserve the right to charge a minimum of 15% restocking fee.
